[Bioperl-l] is_remote() in Location::Simple

I think ->is_remote is useful, otherwise you have to carry around your
parent seqid everywhere. 

I guess the real question - in a split location shared by two sequences,
do we expect the same in-memory object to be attached to both sequences or
not?
