[Bioperl-l] is_remote() in Location::Simple

I'm not sure this method is a good idea. What does it mean? A
location has got a method seq_id() naming the sequence it refers
to; does is_remote() == TRUE mean that the value returned by
seq_id() is actually wrong? Similarly, if is_remote() == FALSE 
means that seq_id() returns the right value, why do we need
is_remote() then? In addition, the documentation doesn't say what
it should be used for.
