I once (at BOSC 99 or whatever it was called) promised to start on such
a beast, but got bitten by Real Life (renovating a house, becoming a
father, ...).
I still have the idea to do something in this area (renovation is
nearing the end). Starting from biostart.pod I envision writing some
Wiki pages so people can contribute easily to this documentation.

P.S. This is the idea I have at the moment, I'll see where I am a month
from now.
