[Bioperl-l] handling multiple rid's in remoteblast

Hello there,

       I am wondering is there is a function i missed that allows the used
to combine the results from multiple rid's into one output file.  I could be
wrong, but it does not appear that the save_output method operates in a way
that accomodates this.  Thanks a lot!
