[Bioperl-l] Parsing PhyloGibbs output

Hi Everybody,

I could not find a class to parse output produced by PhyloGibbs v1.2 (
http://www.phylogibbs.unibas.ch/cgi-bin/phylogibbs.pl) in BioPerl. Am I
missing something that is out there?

Is anybody working on a parser for Phylogibbs? If not, I am writing a quick
one for myself right now and might be interested to contribute it to bioperl
at a later date. Thanks
