For those interested,

The first release candidate for Infernal 1.0 (v 1.0rc1) is out now.  I  
am planning on updating all Infernal-related modules  
(Bio::SearchIO::infernal and Bio::Tools::Run::Infernal) to use the  
latest release, probably within the next couple of weeks.

It is possible I will need to drop support for pre-0.8 Infernal  
releases if discerning output between different versions becomes too  
problematic (you should probably be running the latest version anyway,  
but I digress...).  If so I will announce that when I commit the final  
changes.
