[Bioperl-l] Bio::SeqEvolution

I've finally committed a few modules into Bio::SeqEvolution to mutate DNA 
sequences.

This was discussed some time ago:

At the moment only point mutations with definable tr/tv ratio has been 
implemented. Some work have been done to provide abstraction for more complex 
models which are not there, yet.
