[Bioperl-l] Dazed and Confused for 1.2.1

In preparation for a 1.2.1 release, could as many people as possible please 
try the Bio::Graphics regression tests.  I've made recent changes that might 
break the color tables (again) on some combinations of libgd/libpng/GD.

I also did a small but significant reorganization of how 
Bio::Graphics::FeatureFile works internally.  If anyone has subclassed this 
file, please check that your subclasses are still working (and if they 
aren't, shame on you for relying on a hash key that begins with an 
underscore!)
