[Bioperl-l] Questions re/ GO parser (2/2) streaming vs graph output

We are working on a parser for GO.

We tend to believe that the output of this parser should be one graph object -- as opposed the a stream based-parser which would spit out GOterm objects using a "next" method.

(It is hard to imagine how such a steam bases parser could handle all the children and parents.)

What do people think about this issue?
