[Bioperl-l] Bio::Annotation

I noticed this is still in the main trunk. I believe it's deprecated 
altogether, right? Should we keep it around for 
backward-compatibility? If so, then the doc should be updated, or 
removed altogether in order to discourage people from starting to 
use it. (The doc doesn't say anything about this being deprecated)

I can't check whether it's in 1.0.x due to open-bio being down.
