Neither Bio::PrimarySeq nor Bio::Seq implement version() despite
Bio::IdentifiableI requiring this.
I suppose this is not intentional? If it is, then Bio::IdentifiableI
shouldn't require it.
If it is to be fixed, should version() return a default if it has
never been set? If so, what should the default be? 0 (zero) or an
empty string?
I'd think that RichSeqI::seq_version() is not an alias (neither
technically nor semantically) to version()? Biosql maintains a
bioentry.entry_version and biosequence.seq_version, and I think I
remember that these do not refer to the same semantically.
