[Bioperl-l] make test on perl 5.8

I have a fairly similar configuration to Todd:

Red Hat Linux release 7.3 (Valhalla)
Linux lin59 2.4.18-3smp #1 SMP Thu Apr 18 07:27:31 EDT 2002 i686 unknown
This is perl, v5.8.0 built for i686-linux
libgd 1.8.4

BioGraphics.t 1-3 still fail for me. I've looked at t1.png, t2.png, and 
t3.png and they all look fine to me, so the failures probably aren't 
significant. Nevertheless, I can send you the files if you want.
