[Bioperl-l] make test on perl 5.8

Hi Todd,
Try a fresh update. If the biographics tests are still failing, do the
following:
perl t/BioGraphics.t -write
you should see a message that says "writing regression tests".
Then look in the directory t/data/biographics for a series of files named
t1.png, t2.png and t3.png (if you are using a really old version of GD they
will be named t1.gif, etc).
Send me those files by e-mail. I will examine them to find out why they are
different than they should be.
