[Bioperl-l] Ace failure

What about DB_File ?
Maybe it's installed by default with some Perl installations, but not with ActiveState. Note that DB_File isn't referenced in Makefile.PL either.
Here's some of the drek which I sent to Ewan:

OK, moving right along I successfully installed DB_File 1.73 using PPM (this is a cousin of CPAN which often makes installation more reliable for ActiveState Windoze users). I then did 'nmake clean' and started over again, and ran nmake test again as.
nmake test >../nmaketestout2.txt 2>../nmaketesterr2.txt
Here are the diffs for the error files from the first two runs:

< DB_File not installed. This means the Assembly modules are not available. Skipping tests.
< DB_File not loaded. This means flat.t test cannot be executed. Skipping

< DB_File not installed. This means the SeqFeatCollection wont work
