[Bioperl-l] DB_File requirement

Sounds like the right thing to do -- unless it is a PLATFORM thing.
I'd say it is a platform issue if it comes with perl on most
platforms except for some. I don't know where DB_File falls here.
In case of doubt, however, I'd put it into INSTALL requirements.
