[Bioperl-l] DB_File requirement

Should DB_File be added to the list of required modules in the INSTALL
document (and the tutorial)?

There are tests (Index, SeqFeatureCollection) that fail on solaris (the only
platform I tested on) if DB_File is not present.

DB_File is also given as a requirement for Windows in the PLATFORMS
document. I assume if it goes into INSTALL, it would be removed from
PLATFORMS since it would be redundant?
