I like the ontology proposal, but I am sure Chris should have some
opinions about this! My view is that there should be a series of
escalating interfaces, with things like

   Bio::Ontology::TermI - indicates this is an ontology term, but nothing
about the structure of the ontology

   Bio::Ontology::GraphTermI - is Bio::Ontology::TermI, but also one can
assumme it is in a particular graph

and whatever is beyond Graph (I forget, Chris knows, something Daml+oil
like no doubt...)
