[Bioperl-l] [Bioperl-l]: Bio::SearchIO Blast descriptions mutilated

Hi all,

just a short one I hope:

While using Bio::SearchIO to retrieve Blast reports, the $hit->description
method only retrieves a single line instead of the full description:

[from BLAST report]
>AAH31333 |||H3 histone family, member A.|Homo
           Sapiens||||9606|PRT|21-Jun-2002|trembl_new.dat.gz

is reduced to:

>AAH31333 |||H3 histone family, member A.|Homo

Not exactly what I wanted ;-)

Any ideas/hints how to get ALL the lines?
