[Bioperl-l] Updated OS X install instructions

Hi, Bioperl folks -

I've updated my installation instructions for Bioperl and dependencies 
on Mac OS X. No big changes, but made a few updates to keep in step with 
1.0a. I also included links to Apple's OS X / G4 optimized version of 
Blast (only blastn is optimized optimized so far, but it does give a 
nice speedup).

If anyone spots omissions, let me know. The instructions are at
