[Bioperl-l] Xobjects and Chart::Gnuplot

Hello Amir:

        As far as we can tell, Chart::Graph::Gnuplot is not the same
        interface as the old Chart::Gnuplot.  The authors and method
        calls are different. My cursory look at it a month ago was
        confirmed by a closer inspection by Xin Huang today.
