bioperl-ext has the source code in proteinsw.c - be warned - the source
code was code-generated by my code generating dynamic programming language
called "Dynamite". That said Dynamite does actually quite nicely format
the outputted code and places comments in there.

If you want a place to start, look at the function

   calculate_ProteinSW
