ok, that seems rather clear to me:
1) BPlite does not use Bio::Tools::Blast::Sbjct.pm (that belongs to the
Blast package)
2) BPlite.t fails because you have no BPlite subdirectory! (try "cvs
update -d" instead of "cvs update", or make a new checkout)
