[Bioperl-l] BPlite ready

Hi to everyone!

So this could be considered the first tested and
ready BPlite version in bioperl...

- modified documentation for new features
(only in BPlite.pm as other modules are described
there sufficiently)

- added testing script BPlite.t
(that uses blast.report as input)

- small bugfix: a hit like this

caused problems because of the lacking space
between number and residues in sbjct line...
fixed this.
