[Biojava-l] Biojava-l Digest, Vol 150, Issue 8

Hi Jose,

I was using slf4j + logback.xml. Apparently I had a conflict with logback.xml and log4j2.xml from biojava!

Replacing logback.xml by log4j2.xml fixed the problem.
