can always see that stuff on the web with cvs.open-bio.org

It's in the biosql-schema repository where it's always been!

Look forward to the pretty piccies; by the way there's already an
autogenerated html page with all the foreign keys double hyperlinked, in
the doc/ directory - we should get this up on a web page somewhere.
