Your service registrations are not correct - this is what is in the
WSDL:
<soap:address location="http:///~fgibbons/cgi/BGN/dispatcher.pl"/>
This is confirmed by looking at the database entry:
| moby | Uetz |
urn:lsid:biomoby.org:servicetype:Retrieval:2001-09-21T16-00-00Z |
43 | http:///~fgibbons/cgi/BGN/dispatcher.pl | fgibbons at hms.harvard.edu
| 0 | Protein-protein interactions, by Uetz et al.
| 9727 | NULL |
urn:lsid:biomoby.org:serviceinstance:llama.med.harvard.edu,Uetz:2006-02-27T19-03-39Z |
Can you check if this is a problem with the registration system that you
are using, or is it something mis-configured at your end?
Whose bug is it??

What's happened now is that the conduit has become so big and interesting
that communication has become more than a conduit,
it has become a destination in its own right..."
