[MOBY-dev] fixes in Moses

Hi,
   Few new fixes/features in jMoby:

   1) I have added a new method setValueXML() that allows you to create a
Moby XML input as CDATA (if you wish so, but it is not that important I
guess).

   2) Much more important: I have fixed a nasty bug in Moses objects that
prevented (in some cases) to recognize that a more specialized data type
has arrived to a moby service (thanks to Eddie for finding the problem).
