   In Java, it is implemented already.
   Regarding Perl, I was rather thinking about having a Perl version of
Moses (generator of Perl modules representing services), but it is not
high priority in my calendar at the moment. But Moses was designed very
modularly, so it should not be that hard to generated Perl code. If anyone
is willing to try I am happy to help...
