[moby] [MOBY-dev] Problem with Biomoby 0.8.2 Perl libraries

I've just packaged up another release (0.8.2a) that includes fixes for
the 0.8.2 release bugs that have been reported so far. 

Please try this one and tell me if it still causes problems.
