[GSoC] 6th coding week

Hello!

Here is my blog post for the 6th coding week.

The last weeks I changed a lot in the code to decrease the time and space
consumption. The actual profiling statistics do not show significant
improvements. Thus, I have to change the code a bit more. This week I will
change the use of the sparse matrix to a dense one.
