</div>And this is my plan for this week: <a href="http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_6and7">http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_6and7</a><br><br></div>The last weeks I changed a lot in the code to decrease the time and space consumption. The actual profiling statistics do not show significant improvements. Thus, I have to change the code a bit more. This week I will change the use of the sparse matrix to a dense one.<br>
