[EMBOSS] EMBOSS website and download

[Peter Rice]

EMBOSS 6.6.0 files are copied over to the EMBOSS FTP server

ftp://emboss.open-bio.org/pub/EMBOSS

I am looking for a copy of the mEMBOSS 6.6.0 setup file. When I find (or 
recreate) the file I can copy it over too.
