We need to fix up a few things on emboss.open-bio.org which reverted to
older versions, and worse with the EMBOSS distribution file missing. I
have some free time now to take a look (finally got another software
release out of the way).
There was a mirror at EBI but they have overwritten it.
I will let you (and the list) know when I have it uploaded again.
