[EMBOSS] Command line with --firstonly

There is the format "meganon".
It is very similar to what you want. The sequence is just one line without 
line breaks. Only the header is not fasta.
The sequence output formats are defined in ajseqwrite.c. 
You can use the meganon format as template to create your own modified 
fasta output format.
