[EMBOSS] "fasta" program

Hi all,
searching for "fasta and emboss", I have found this
site http://ben.vub.ac.be/embosshelp/fasta.html
reporting fasta as a program of the EMBOSS package,
but it lacks in the EMBOSS official list of programs.
Is this fasta program an old implementation or what?
