Hi Sebastian,

AS far as I know, the only other program you could look at is "dan" which
checks melting temperatures.

However if you used Primer3 to pick primers in the first place, it should
have checked all those things for you.

I would like to know what program should I use if I want to check a pair of
primers for self annealing, for tm, for fitness for PCR, and so on. Does any
of the EMBOSS program will do the job? Primer3 is usefull to find good
primers, but what I want to do is the check primers I already have selected
by another method.
Is there a scriptable program to accomplish this?
