[EMBOSS] Program for primer verification

I would like to know what program should I use if I want to check a pair of primers for self annealing, for tm, for fitness for PCR, and so on. Does any of the EMBOSS program will do the job? Primer3 is usefull to find good primers, but what I want to do is the check primers I already have selected by another method.
Is there a scriptable program to accomplish this?
