[EMBOSS] seqret jemboss comment

Hi,

I have noticed that seqret is confusing for the users.

You specify start and end reverse etc in the input sequence attribute
and the output format in the output sequence attributes.  The users tend
to see all of these as output options and they get confused as they dont
think they are inputting anything.
