Thanks. We will update the documentation.

Entret depends on the database access method and format parsing storing
the entire text. When reading a GCG formatted database EMBOSS has to
generate the sequence from the binary encoding. It now converts this into
a sequence in a reasonable format when text is saved (i.e. when entret is
being run).
