[DAS2] updated DAS/2 spec files

I really like the links you've added out to RNC, RNG, and DTD schemas
after each XML example.  Very nice.

One problem -- the DTDs aren't parsing as correct XML.  The parser in my
web browser is demanding that the "<?xml ..." line include a version
attribute.
