[DAS2] DAS/2 abstract for BOSC 2005

Attached is the abstract I'm planning to submit tomorrow for BOSC 2005.
If you have time, please take a look and let me know if there needs to
be any changes.  If it's accepted I'll be giving a 20 minute
presentation at BOSC.
