[DAS] Alternative URL for registry in case server down

Hi Christoph

The dasregistry has been moved to completely new hardware and so we  
are having some teething problems with the new set up.
Hopefully these have been resolved now. But we are monitoring the  
performance.

I believe Andy is setting up and alternative url as a fail over as we  
speak.
