[DAS] LDAS and other databases

Hi,
There is an Oracle adaptor available.
PostgreSQL adaptor is under developement at the moment, and soon will be
available too.
dbi::mysql is the default, but, you can indicate that you want to use
dbi::oracleopt in order to work with Oracle.
