[DAS] Status Report

Hi Everyone,

I had hoped to be much further along with the DAS/2 requirements document by 
now, but I didn't take into account the early-January grant rush.  Just hang 
on, and I'll have something tangible for us all to work on by the O'Reilly 
conference.
