[Bioperl-l] free software to estimate dS and dN in pairwise comparisons

If I may, within the bppSuite package (
http://biopp.univ-montp2.fr/wiki/index.php/BppSuite), the bppML program
allows to replicate codeML dN/dS estimates (and much more), tough it is
arguably a more difficult software to install and master than codeML.
