Can you show the context of these problem lines as
I suggested earlier? We would need to see a few lines
before and after the problem line, in order to see if there
is anything obviously wrong with the file - and/or make
a test case.

e.g.

grep -C 10 "^@@DDDDDFFFFFIIIDCBBBB"
