[Bioperl-l] BioPerl 1.6.901 and prot4est

   hi Chris,

   yes, I reported this behaviour to the prot4est author a couple of
months ago, but got only an automated reply - it says he is the only
developer and is not always able to answer. I also tried to contact
Sendu Bala, the maintainer (as found on Bioperl 1.6.1 source), but got
no reply either.

   I will try do debug a bit more, and then I will submit a bug report.
