[Bioperl-l] Polloc: Naming question

Great.

Yes, that's the plan.  Methods are documented, tests written and packaging
with MakeMaker finished, but I still need some code cleaning (for a more
stable API) and additional package-level documentation.  Probably to be
released within a month or so.
