[Bioperl-l] New perl CUDA bindings

All,

I know there are a number of devs who might be running tasks on GPUs these days, just wanted to point out that there are now CUDA bindings in Perl available from David Mertens (I'll likely be using them locally :)

These are not present in CPAN yet, but they are on github:
