Hello! I am working with Drosophila small RNAs libraries. I wan to know if there are out any good program (or pipeline) to remove rRNAs from those libraries. I have done that with in-house Perl Scripts in the past, but it get too slow when dealing with large libraries. Thanks a lot in advance, JUAN
